- ★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆This shelter struggles with a high-intake and low adoption rate, and as such are forced, as a Government facility and not a rescue, to put down innocent pets. They post up adoptable animals on various websites, including Petfinder and Facebook. They truly do the best they can with the limited resources they have, the only reason I can't rate it higher is because they are unfortunately a kill facility. They are in contact with several rescues and work hard to get their animals adopted out into good homes.By Aleana Yocum, August 15, 2017
